Poem
Mykola Ryabchuk
The Straightforward Poems
1.here I am
my dear poets
setting about poetry
oh yes
I also
fall for this ancient deception
and so
I try to warm
the frozen birds
to spread
the charred pigeons’ wings
maybe something with change
the wind will rise
the wings will spread
and the sawdust won’t sprinkle
and the glass eyes might blink
