Schedule
Because of a schedule someone has drawn upIn preparation for next year’s Olympics
My sadness has completely filled his plans
Sadness places an imaginary chair on the rooftop of a now-gone building
And bathes briefly in light filtering through imaginary trees
As he hurriedly drinks his coffee
Sadness tries his best not to look at the date when the warmth
Left by the sunshine leaking through the leaves will be gone
But even so, his shoulders tremble
When the schedule for obliterating the coral reefs was revealed
Destruction had promised to reveal a new seascape
But so far, sadness has received no word
From the changed scenery
All sadness has seen is a seascape with sediment
Spilling over the sea like a cerebral hemorrhage
So sadness forgets to text me and is instead cleaning up
The work that has accumulated on every side
When will I ever find myself alone with him again?
No matter how much time goes by, my schedule still does not fill

Schema
eenzaamheid me vergat te mailen
nooit zullen mijn plannen ondersneeuwen
