TROUPIAL
He was such a bad poetThat he did not know
That the troupial bird lifts
Its beak to sing
That the wind is not
Outside only
That words are
Waiting to
Be put before everything.

TURPIAL
TURPIAL
Era tan mal poetaQue no sabía
Que el turpial alzaba
Su pico para cantar
Que el viento no está
Solamente afuera
Que las palabras están
Esperando
Ser puestas antes que nada.
