The Two of Us
You can\'t toss for heads or tails at the same time and then measure your luck against abysses. There\'s one place we\'re all going to, the same place whether we\'re going in or out. They say beings live there, so different, one from the other, that there\'s no bottom to them; they\'re smooth and look at each other without looking, without noticing that they\'re the end product of another look, the one that dances alone into being between you and me. You, who crossed the last borders; I who pursued your body to catch it where I dwell. One can\'t always say we are what we are, the two of us who are building heaven by our own hammering.
