The spring of poetry into the poetry world day

January 18, 2006 On the occasion of the celebration of the poetry world day,and in co-operation with the world academy of poetry of Vérone, the French institute of Marrakech brought together a number Moroccan poets who read poetry in French, Arabic, Amazigh and in Spanish. The readings were punctuated by musical interludes.

The poets invited to participte in this celebration are Malika El Assimi, Amal Galla, Aïcha Berrada, Fatêma Chahid, Ahmed Haddachi, Ismaïl Zouirek, Ahned Belhaj Aït Warham, Abderrahman Fathi, Salah El Ouadie, Driss Oumali, Abderrafi Jawahri, Khalid Seltani, Abderrahman Semtour, and others.
