Sleep with Jade
Every silk robe in the wardrobe wants to fly out of the windowTo hang up on the willow trees over the Palace Walls like a kite.
That day when you stand by the moat and gaze at the watchtower
Are you reminiscing about a previous incarnation in the autumn wind?
It warms you; you warm it,
And the Jade-Immortal radiates the spirits of others.
It repeatedly strolls out of your dream,
Collecting your rouge powder of pain into a little round box.
Dark clouds gather over the city of Beijing; Wild geese in formation.
Red beans still grow in the distant south;
You think of her, the woman who may have lived in the Song Dynasty,
Jade, dissolving in your flagging embrace.

红豆依旧生长在遥远的南方;
