PLANEET AARDE

Er is een land
               in brand van as
                           ver voorbij de sterren
waar een bedreven oorlog staat
                    Links onder
                                 zo kalm, zo koel
Dit mijn land
              huilt vallende dauwen weg,
Laat die dwazen achter
              op één na, die de verander zal aanvoeren
Daar, boven het lawaai
Zoet door vrede gekroond land
Wacht onze schoonheid
                    Glimlacht

This country mine
              weeps away falling dews
Leaves them foolish men
              but one, who will command the chang
There, above the noise
Sweet peace crowned country
