Japanese woman, aged 99, is bestselling poet

The Japanese poet Toyo Shibata, at 99 years old, is one of the oldest poets in the world as well as being one of the present-day bestselling poets in her country. She started to write at the age of 92. Since its publication in 2009, her anthology Kujikenaide (Don’t Lose Heart) has already sold 1.5 million copies.
