Scotland's national poet, Edwin Morgan, dies aged 90

Scottish poet Edwin Morgan, appointed the first Scots Makar (national poet of Scotland) in 2004 after serving as Glasgow's inaugural poet laureate, has died aged 90. Edwin Morgan was known for the range and variety of his work which included translations, concrete poetry, sonnets and librettos.
