Newly uncovered translations by W.H. Auden of Soviet propaganda are interesting, but they are not poetry, argues Carol Rumens.
The 40th Poetry International Festival, Rotterdam from 13–20 June will be hosting a special programme of events about the work of W.H. Auden on 16 June.
