Clasp in your handthe single black feather
left in your garden
as a gift from a crow.
Whisper the words
that you learned from the wind.
Find dragonfly spit
and a snake’s shed skin.
Find a flower’s heartbeat
And the moon’s lost silver.
Now gather them together
with the crow’s black feather ...
and wish ...
